Summary
We are searching for an experienced HR Recruiter who can handle operational activities, able to provide administrative support for new hire, onboarding/off – boarding, Leave management, benefits, employee engagement and statutory compliance. You will act as the first point of contact for HR – related queries from employees and external partners.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Organizing and maintaining personal records.
Revising company policies.
Onboarding new hire including reconciling upcoming hires, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into workdays, monitoring task completion and following up appropriately.
Handling leave management, benefits, and statutory compliance.
Working on employee engagement initiatives, organizing events and ensuring a positive and proactive employee environment that supports and meets the business needs.
Being the front – line support for staff and responding to staff queries in a timely manner.
Coordinating across teams and collaborating efficiently.
General office management such as ordering stationery, arranging travel accommodations and process expense forms.
Monitoring inventory of office supplies and purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Mustpossess a Master of Business Administration (HR) degree.
2. Experience with onboarding activities is required.
3. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel – pivot tables, VLOOKUP, flowcharts, mail – merge, word, PowerPoint, etc).
4. Experience in the technology/telecom domain is mandatory.
5. Required minimum 2 plus years of experience.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. Good leadership and conflict management skills.
8. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
9. Experience with ESI, PF, TDS and labour law.
