Roles and responsibilities

1. Recruitment
2. Sourcing candidates
3. Screening resumes to match the requirements.
4. Opening their salary account
5. Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
6. Serving as a liaison with the area employment agencies, colleges and industry associations.

Internship period- 60 days
Stipend offered- 7000+ incentives

Performance evaluation
1.An intern need to hire 35-40 candidates in total during his/her internship .

2.The performance of the intern will be evaluated on the basis of active candidate.
