Position- Human Resource Recruiter 

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

·         End to end recruitment

·         Responsible for the full life cycle of the recruitment process

·         Hiring resources from mid-level to Senior Level hiring

·         Extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting: gathering requirements from the team, sourcing, screening, interviewing, verifying Ensure the authenticity of candidates before submitting the resume to the Lead

·         Sanity checks of resumes in order to ensure that required skill sets are present in the projects done by candidates

·         Employee referral activity

·         Employee engagement activity

·         Handling payroll

·         Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process

·         Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork
