Associate Consultant - Recruitment ( 0-3yr Experience ) / Recruitment Specialist ( 3+yr Experience )
Responsibilities:
Review and understating hiring plan/ Process with Client
Sourcing, selecting of relevant profile from various recruitment channels.
Assessment & Evaluating professionals as per client’s parameters
Creating Pool of Candidates through Referral network
Maintain wow Candidate Experience at all Touch Points
Skill Required:
Focused & Hard working
Excellent English ( Oral & Written ) Communication skills
Command over MS office ( Excel , Word, Power Point )
