Job Description:

- He/she should have Hands-on experience in handling social and digital media content and campaigns. MUST BE a ninja in handling social media platforms and analytics. The ability to grasp and deeply understand business and technology scenarios
- An exceptional and demonstrable skills in communication - writing and speaking. Ability to sketch out and execute short-and-long-term branding initiatives

Role:
- The person oversees all the company's employment branding strategies.
- The person also plans, establishes and oversees the company's social media presence on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and blogging websites.
- Additional duties include setting up and managing an online marketing program to promote job openings and career opportunities at the company.
- He/She is charged with expanding the company's online presence on different employment sites, developing creative ways to draw prospective employees to the company's website and identifying new recruitment opportunities through social media.
- He/She writes creative, persuasive copy for various social media platforms.
- Additional duties include planning and overseeing the production of all printed recruiting materials, including brochures, fliers, signage, slides and ads.
- He/She also develops and manages recruitment campaigns using a variety of media, such as Print, websites, direct mail and social media.
- Developing internal & external brand activation programs
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
Education/Qualification:
- Masters or Post Graduate degree in HR or Marketing, Anyone holding credits in visual communication, marketing communication or advertising communication would be an added advantage.
