Human Resource Specialist
Job Role:
· Technical IT Recruitment.
· Recruitment for our in-house Technical (IT/EC) staff in Hyderabad locations as per the timelines.
· Sourcing and screening resume Headhunting.
· Conduct interviews via phone or in person.
· Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
· Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates liaising with interviewers and following up on the interview process status.
· Engaging with shortlisted and prospective candidates.
· Keeping the selected candidates warm till Joining Negotiate compensation, extend offers and solicit referrals.
· Maintain database and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
· Previous experience with any HRM software is a must
Required Skills:
· 0-4 Years of experience overall
· Any Bachelors / Masters (bachelors or masters in computers will be preferred)
· Excellent Communication Skills
· Strong work ethics and sense of commitment
· Ability to work in a faced paced environment
· Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Self-Driven & Result orientation
