Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support in various functional areas and daily operations.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentation materials and other business documents; and manage effective filling system.
Provide office administration supports including but not limited to office supplies and office equipment maintenance, new joiners’ office setup, stationary ordering and inventory control
Liaise and coordinate with various internal and external parties to facilitate communication and maintain smooth and effective operation in Office
Assist Regional Managers to handle HR matters, i.e. recruitment, personnel filing etc.
To assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
