 Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support in various functional areas and daily operations.

 Prepare correspondence, reports, presentation materials and other business documents; and manage effective filling system.

 Provide office administration supports including but not limited to office supplies and office equipment maintenance, new joiners’ office setup, stationary ordering and inventory control

 Liaise and coordinate with various internal and external parties to facilitate communication and maintain smooth and effective operation in Office

 Assist Regional Managers to handle HR matters, i.e. recruitment, personnel filing etc.

 To assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

 To assist with marketing as well
