Hr and Admin Executive:  

Job Description

• Centralized Employee Data Management
• Screening the candidates by resume short listing, phone interview, personal interviews and background verification of shortlisted candidates
• Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee
• On boarding process including Issuing Letter of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidate
• Leave and Attendance Management
• Monthly Salary Pay Roll / PF , TDS and Time Keeping
• Maintain employees leaves, medical and attendance record.
• Exit Management process 
• Attending / Understanding employees grievances in their work engagement level and implement corrective measures for them
• Manage the group wide Annual Compensation Review and increments planning process. 
• Manage the group wide annual variable pay design process for the various businesses within the group
• Review, update and maintain proper filing of all official documents (Accounting and Admin)
• Handling Admin, Front desk and Housekeeping staff 
• Government Legal Paper Documentation and tendering process for projects 
• Manage the daily ID verification operations process; includes consolidating daily status reports and managing incident escalations
• Lead group identity document training and overall program re-fresher trainings
• Create and maintain new program documents and Sop’s for different departments in consultation with various teams and management 
• Be the first point of contact for team/customer/stakeholder for queries and escalation
• Work with multiple stakeholders to gain alignment, develop, and deliver process improvements

• Self-motivated with Business Acumen skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent
• HR services or HR compliance experience
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to track high volume activity with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, or other data reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Labour Law .
