• Understanding the requirements and managing end-to-end recruitment.
• Sourcing and calling candidates through Database / Job portals / Social media.
• Follow up with the candidates for an interview.
• Coordinating for the various rounds of interviews.
• Supporting in on-boarding formalities.
• Plan, implement and manage public relations strategies.
• Organize and manage various Public Relations activities.
• Measure performance of each activity and event.
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Aptitude in presentation and public speaking.
