- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
Onboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Coordinate orientation sessions and assist with necessary documentation.
Employee Records:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports and metrics.
Benefits Administration:
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist with enrollment processes.
Training and Development:
- Assist in organizing training sessions and development programs.
- Coordinate employee training logistics and track participation.
HR Compliance:
- Stay informed about HR laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
General Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including handling phone calls, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
