Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as a Human Resources Assistant. This entry-level position will play a crucial role in supporting HR functions and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support:

    • Assist in the coordination of the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
    • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
  • Onboarding:

    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
    • Coordinate orientation sessions and assist with necessary documentation.
  • Employee Records:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Assist with the preparation of HR reports and metrics.
  • Benefits Administration:

    • Support the administration of employee benefits programs.
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist with enrollment processes.
  • Training and Development:

    • Assist in organizing training sessions and development programs.
    • Coordinate employee training logistics and track participation.
  • HR Compliance:

    • Stay informed about HR laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
    • Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • General Administrative Support:

    • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including handling phone calls, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
