What you will do:As a member of the early founding team, you will help lay the foundation for the Culture & Human Capital policies and operations.
Specifically, the role involves hiring and building a world-class team, including:Identifying the best talent in the market & manage the recruitment process end-to-endManaging productive relationships with recruitment partners and track performancePartnering with and manage multiple stakeholders, provide regular information and data  Tracking moves and build long-term relationships with top potential talent within the Industry Ensuring compliance with local and national employment policies and laws Supporting implementation of new HR Programs, initiatives and activities
Requirements:Demonstrated experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, ideally in a start-up environment
(ability to work in a fast paced environment with competing demands)Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Fluent in English & Hindi
Experience executing and delivering on the groundStrong attention to detail e.g.
