Human Resources Executive

Location : Kochi, Kerala

Responsibilities :

Interested in building/improving our unique company culture.
Work with the company execs or CXOs to plan HR initiatives and execute them so that they will inspire commitment and loyalty among the employees which will be mutually beneficial for both the company and the employee.
Overview and manage all hiring and training procedures for new recruits
Educate employees on company policies and keep employee records updated
Improve or change special benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc. for the employees
Monitor employee progress and actively shape the culture inside the firm to ensure that it stays positive and productive
Cater to the cross-functional relationships and ensure that the managers and employees are well-connected
Regularly conduct group sessions and individual meetings with team members for progress reviews, assessments, discussions on problems or grievances they may have, etc.
Understand all relevant labor laws and adhere to them.

Requirements and Qualifications :

Should be comfortable working in a highly pivotal role
Should possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Should have a flair in mediation and conflict resolution actions
Skills to manage stress and the ability to make important decisions under pressure is crucial
Should be an attentive listener, honest, ethical, and dependable. The job calls for you to be understanding, empathetic, and approachable
Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or a related field
1+ years of management experience in HR
Computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software.
