1. Looking for HR Executive who can get the best talent for the Required Job opening.
2. Will be responsible for posting the job opening on the various sites, evaluating the Candidates, and aligning the meetings with the Management.
3. Will be responsible for evaluating current employee programs recommending if any improvements to be done for employee relationship policies.
4. Will be responsible for maintaining the FMS /AMC Contract which are currently Active and aligning required Engineers for fresh FMS contracts.
5. Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction.
6. Will be responsible for Salary calculations for all Employee’s.
7. Will be responsible for interacting with outside consultants for PF & other statutory dues and to make HR policies which are complying with legal & statutory authorities.
8. Will be responsible for work evaluation of existing employee (direct and indirect)
9. To maintain harmony and resolve if any working issues in the Existing Employees
