Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on job descriptions
2. Manage recruitment across functions
3. Managing job portals and coordinating with applicant
4. Screen resumes and application forms
5. Create tests for the hiring process
6. Create training program, videos and questions
7. Create tests for completion of the training program
8. Work on the policy and process documents
9. Work on the management of the team to ensure timely submission of work
10. Check the work done by the team and update it on google sheet
11. Implement and maintain procedures and administrative systems
12. Work on making marketing and video contents for clients
13. Assist with other day-to-day operations or work on personal errands, anything that would reduce the workload on the manager
