About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling recruitment for IT-non IT positions, understanding the client's requirement for the opening
2. Short-listing profiles from various job sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc) based on the requirements in specific skills and matching it to the candidate's skillsets and experience
3. Posting the jobs on different portals
4. Interacting with hiring managers to understand their requirements
5. Using Boolean search for finding qualified candidates so as to fill an important role
