Job Description

About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand various business functions and define roles to fill gaps
2. Undertake market research to create the optimal list of roles and responsibilities for the job description of each role as well as designing compensation packages
3. Create hiring posts on Linkedin, Naukri, and Indeed
4. Screen and Interview candidates and pass on relevant profiles to founders
5. Coordinate with external recruitment agencies to fill urgent job roles
6. Create HR policies for the organization
7. Work as the point of contact for all employee-related benefits and issues
8. Work on employer branding
