Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling end to end recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, evaluating from junior to senior level positions
2. Coordinating with the shortlisted candidates on the DOJ and administering joining formalities for the offered candidate
3. Providing candidates' assessments and recommending viable candidates for further consideration
4. Scheduling and coordinating interviews of the candidates until closure
5. Interviewing candidates over the phone to check their communication skills, technical skills, soft skills and verify the hands-on experience as required
6. Strategically utilizing job boards & other passive sourcing channels to source candidates
7. Identifying talent that meets the specific client's requirements
8. Developing a creative way to attract the right people who would be interested in the opportunity
9. Maintaining and developing reports
