Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist HR in admin work
2. Handle end-to-end recruitment life cycle for different Industries- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates from junior to senior level positions
3. Review and understand job requirement
4. Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
5. Format resumes meeting client expectations
6. Create detailed job descriptions
7. Follow up with candidates

The end result needs to be the presentation of employable and qualified candidates for technical positions in various industries and for job roles such as in software development, systems administration, database, architecture, business processes, etc.
