Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Shortlisting resumes from job portals
2. Conducting initial rounds of interviews
3. Handling the matters of recruitment and selection and performing background checks for the selected employees
4. Understanding the process of head-hunting as the key to the successful requirement
5. Maintaining the employee tracker
