Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on job advertisement publications on social media, job search platforms, and job boards
2. Screening through the resumes submitted to the organization and identifying suitable ones based on vacancies and requirements of the organization
3. Updating job posts based on changes in vacancies or openings
4. Conducting interviews for the shortlisted candidates through hiring drives
5. Sending acceptance or rejection letters based on the results of the interviews
6. Database update with details of new employees such as personal, educational, and employment details
7. Coordinating orientation programs for new hires
8. Responding to staff on HR-related queries such as benefits, HR policies, etc.
