About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in identifying potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networking sites
2. Conduct initial phone or video interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit for the role along with coordinating interviews.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and assist the recruitment team with any additional tasks or projects as needed
4. Support the L&D team in designing, developing, and delivering training programs and materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and other learning resources
5. Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and events, ensuring smooth logistics and participant engagement
6. Provide administrative support to the L&D team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and responding to inquiries from employees
7. Contribute to the maintenance and updating of learning management systems (LMS), including data entry, tracking course completion, and generating reports
