About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and deliver employee engagement activities for the Apty team including virtual team building, activities at work, and co-ordination
2. Help lead recruiters in scheduling and coordinating interviews
3. Manage administration of vendor management, paperwork, and coordinate with finance for the invoice payment
4. Drive induction plan for new joinees
5. Manage a high-volume workload proactively to a consistently high standard, by setting priorities, objectives, and target dates
6. Update databases internally for leaves and attendance
7. Prepare and amend necessary HR documents

Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 4th Feb'21 and 11th Mar'21

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from Bangalore

5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

2. Experience in HR operations (preferred)

3. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages - in particular Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint

4. Strong organizational and administration skills with a continuous improvement mindset

5. Able to maintain a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy

6. Able to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
