Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on recruitment activities by posting on job sites, screening resumes, applications, and interview coordination
2. Collect and update the internal database and applicant tracking system with new hire information like employment forms, contact information, etc.
3. Collect and update the internal employee's data in the applicant tracking system
4. Prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents as per requirement
5. Conduct reference checks for selected candidates
6. Assist in HR activities like payroll and managing employee data
