Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with the company's goals and values
2. Work on the end to end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer release, onboarding, induction)
3. Collaborate with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes, from job postings to candidate onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, utilizing HRIS systems and tools
5. Process employee lifecycle events, including but not limited to new hires, promotions, transfers, and separations
6. Support payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance
7. Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and general inquiries
8. Contribute to the enhancement of internal communication strategies to foster an engaged and informed workforce
9. Assist in the organization of employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture
10. Stay informed about industry best practices and legal requirements to ensure HR operations adhere to relevant regulations
Who can apply:
