4. Maintaining employee records & conducting analysis of employee benefits
5. Monitoring employee performance & maintaining a work culture
6. Resolving internal conflicts among employees
7. Ensuring the health and safety of employees
8. Disbursing rewards and incentives
9. Setting rules for employee promotion, sharing information with employees, conducting survey management & managing business partnerships
10. Working on human resource technology management, investigating internal complaints, external employee problem solving, employee engagement
11. Managing employment relations
