Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Allocate all PS staff, contractors, partners, and outsourced staff to PS projects
2. Conduct booking reviews to review the utilization of the team
3. Work with the GD senior management on a strategy on how to plan ahead to cater to regions resourcing requests
4. Advertise and promote the availability of consultants globally to encourage sharing of resources across regions and increase utilization
5. Manage the availability of resources by maintaining up-to-date assignment information
6. Monitor resources assignments and timesheet data to ensure accuracy of bookings
7. Conduct regular reviews with regional teams (project managers, team leads, and regional heads of services) to plan consultant assignments, review bookings, work through conflicts, and identify opportunities for consultants
8. Spot foretasted bench time for consultants and work PS regional and sales teams to identify new opportunities
9. Participate in the development and maintenance of accurate job descriptions to support recruitment
