About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source, recruit and hire professionals (Instructors) for different trending technologies
2. Create comprehensive sourcing and recruitment strategies while leveraging internal resources to hire the best talent in the market
3. Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners to create a best in class hiring experience
4. Build a strong brand in the market, proactively networking, cold calling, and deep dive into passive candidate networks through various markets and channels.
5. Apply sound judgment, attempt to handle escalations independently but know when to escalate to leadership

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 13th Feb'21 and 20th Mar'21

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Should be a quick learner and inclined towards current trending technologies

2. Should be responsible for sourcing profiles using different job portals

3. Should carry excellent communication skills in order to be able to interact with a wide range of experts from the industry

Additional Information

The internship is for a duration of 6 months with a stipend of Rupees 15,000 per month. Depending on the candidate's performance and business needs he/she will be converted into a full-time employee.
