Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling recruitment
2. Sourcing new job opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
3. Engaging in tele-counselling with the candidates and closing positions
4. Downloading applications from all portals
5. Shortlisting candidates based on the CV
6. Calling candidates to explain about the company and product, and conducting the second round of interview
7. Lining candidates for a face-to-face interview
8. Generating offer letters
9. Handling other operations related responsibilities
