Job Description


Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 4th Aug'22 and 8th Sep'22

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Responsibilities include:

1. Help manage the end-to-end recruitment process
2. Plan interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
3. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our applicant tracking system
4. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
5. Develop intelligence of the talent markets
6. Engage with potential employees and ensure the experience provided to them in their hiring journey is world-class
7. Build a robust communication support system for the talent acquisition team
8. Act as the GoodWorker talent champion
