* Recruitment and Onboarding:
* Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
* Assist in conducting interviews and collaborating with hiring managers to identify the best candidates.
* Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
* Employee Relations:
* Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
* Promote a positive work environment by organizing team-building activities and events.
* Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
