Designation: Human Resources (HR)
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screens
2. Work on updating and maintaining employee records, including personal information, job title, salary, and performance evaluations
3. Assist with training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions, coordinating with trainers, and tracking employee participation
4. Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating with hiring managers and other departments
Who can apply:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
