Job Description

About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
2. Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
3. Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations)
4. Oversee daily operations of the HR department
