Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand our client's requirements as per the job description shared and skillset expectations
2. Call prospective candidates and detailing them about the openings with our clients
3. Using various recruitment platforms - Naukri, Instahyre. LinkedIn, Monster to source profiles
4. Identify and engage with both passive and active talent through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn, social media, and creative search techniques
5. Manage candidate pipelines and campaigns
6. Work across varying technical skillsets for multiple requisitions and prioritize workload based on business needs
7. Maintain pipeline funnel metrics and performance indicators
