Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Plan and manage the complete life cycle of recruitment process within the organization
2. Develop people management guidelines, communicate the guidelines and enforce organization values
3. Manage time and attendance & leaves and employment records of on-roll staff
4. Manage new recruitment, changes, and terminations
5. Resolve employees' requests and concerns & assist new employees' on boarding processes
6. Conduct audits of payroll, benefits, and other people programs and recommend corrective actions
7. Assist with the performance review and off boarding processes
