1. Work on being part of the corporate HR team
2. Focus on building a tech talent acquisition strategy
3. Build a pipeline for technology resources
4. Work on becoming a part of the talent acquisition team to deliver sourcing till onboarding learning exposure
5. Source and recruit candidates by different job portals.
6. Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
7. Perform phone and face-to-face interviews with candidates
8. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
