Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Help create policy and process documents for internal HR use
2. Assist the Pairee Learning team with developing content, brainstorming, follow-up with participants, etc.
3. Work on documentation and data management for internal and client purposes
4. Assist the team with employee engagement at the Pairee office
5. Assist with recruitment as and when required
