Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supporting team leads to hiring across technology, product, sales, marketing, and other roles
2. Coordinating with candidates to schedule the interviews
3. Evaluating the candidates' skills and key responsibility areas
4. Maintaining a candidate database and generating reports from time to time
5. Strategizing with the team on enhancing the recruitment experience and processes
6. Managing sourcing for suitable candidates as per job requirements and critical attributes as required for the role and ensuring delivery of quality resumes within the specified turnaround time
7. Managing recruitment, onboarding of new team members, as well as assisting in other HR generalist functions
