Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing the recruiting process to meet hiring goals through the use of effective resource management
2. Understanding the client requirements and working on the client selection process
3. Screening candidates' resumes and job applications to assess their relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience
4. Meeting the defined performance metrics consistently
5. Working on the development and implementation of our recruiting strategies and processes
