About the internship
We are looking for a deadline-focused technical recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT and corporate positions. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs
2. Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms
3. Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements
4. Arranging telephone video, or in-person interviews
5. Performing background and reference checks
6. Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager
7. Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork
8. Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process
9. Forecasting recruitment budgets

Who can apply

1. Should have a good working knowledge and understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process
2. Must be positive, energetic, and enthusiastic
3. Must be pro-active with excellent communication skills
4. A bachelor's/master's of science or human resources degree
5. Experience in recruitment processes and platforms
6. Good interpersonal and decision-making skills

Additional Information
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 8 Lac/annum
