About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling TA operations for the recruitment team, which includes maintaining candidate pipeline trackers, coordinating and scheduling of interviews, generating reports, and providing insights along with process recommendations to achieve operational excellence
2. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders (candidates) and giving them a WOW experience
3. Taking end to end ownership of TA related projects that will improve the overall efficiency of the team
4. Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
