Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and job boards
2. Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and schedule interviews
3. Participate in interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team
4. Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation and coordinating orientation activities
Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
5. Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
