About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Write and post technical job descriptions
2. Source potential candidates on platforms, like Naukri.com, Monster, and LinkedIn
3. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
4. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities
5. Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments)
6. Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive and active candidates
7. Onboard new hires
8. Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work
9. Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
10. Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 11th Mar'21 and 15th Apr'21

3. are available for duration of 4 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Must have the flexibility to perform day-to-day operational activities at the office such as employee engagement activities, administrative activities, etc.

2. Must have proven work experience as a technical recruiter

3. Must have hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype, and structured)

4. Must have technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

5. Must be familiar with applicant tracking systems and resume databases

6. Must have a solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

7. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

8. Must be a graduate in Human Resources Management, IT, or a relevant field
