Job Description
1. Handle a team of 3-5 members (HR interns) who will be following the points 2-6 alongside you on a larger scale
2. Work on the selection and recruitment of the campus ambassadors
3. Work on talent acquisition, spreading awareness to potential candidates about the openings, and acquire leads for recruitment and selection
4. Work on measuring employee & intern retention and turnover rates
5. Manage employees grievances
6. Work on implementing effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
7. Handle the HR interns working under you should be replaced once in two months
8. Manage other job roles as required by the company
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 5th Jan'21 and 9th Feb'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from Bangalore
5. have relevant skills and interests
1. Should be comfortable with working in a start-up environment
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 4 Lac/annum
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per after 3 months of internships period).
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
