Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing CVs through job portals, employee referrals, social media, and recruitment consultants
2. Sourcing new recruitment consultants
3. Screening of CVs based on shortlisting criteria provided
4. Working on interview coordination
5. Getting feedback from Interviewers, and sharing it with candidates, consultants, and employees
6. Handling the coordination of salary documents
7. Supporting salary negotiation
8. Following up with the candidate till the date of joining
9. Handholding the candidate for the initial period of 3 months, for any support required
10. Preparing and sharing recruitment reports
