About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source potential hires
2. Screen resumes and application forms
3. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
4. Post, update, recycle, and remove job postings from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
5. Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
6. Participate in organizing company events and careers days
7. Maintain and update employee database periodically
8. Work on preparing and amending HR documents, i.e., employment contracts, recruitment guides, etc.
9. Work on data collection and organization from various sources
10. Handle any other documentation work that's needed
