About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in HR operations
2. Assisting in recruitment, sourcing and Interview coordination
3. Organizing employee engagement activities
4. Assisting with asset management, distribution of goodies, and prizes
5. Assisting with event management for special events such as festivals or award ceremonies
6. Ensuring that the employee documents are in check
7. Assisting with onboarding formalities
Preferred Skills :
1. An MBA in HR is preferred but not mandatory
2. A basic understanding of Human resource management
