Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage complete employee onboarding and offboarding
2. Manage employee queries and grievance
3. Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
4. Assist in the recruitment, work with consultants
5. Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements and to improve employee experience
6. Assist in ongoing additional HR projects

Other requirements
1. MBA in HR or a related field
2. Preferably 1 to 4 years of relevant experience
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Resourceful, problem solver, resilient, good aptitude
5. Working knowledge of HR procedures is preferable
6. Working knowledge of MS Office, using HRMS
