Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and update job descriptions on job portals
2. Source potential candidates from various online channels
3. Craft recruitment emails to attract passive candidates
4. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
5. Work on interviewing candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
6. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
7. Send job offer emails and answer them
