Responsibilities
1. **Talent Acquisition:**
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
2. **Candidate Engagement:**
- Foster positive candidate experiences through effective communication and timely feedback.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
3. **Employee Onboarding:**
- Coordinate and facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new hires.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed in compliance with company policies.
4. **HR Administration:**
- Manage HR-related documentation, including employee contracts, offer letters, and other personnel records.
- Assist in maintaining and updating HR databases.
5. **Employee Relations:**
- Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with management to create a positive work environment and resolve workplace issues.
6. **HR Compliance:**
- Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations to ensure HR practices are in compliance.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in recruitment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance.
