About the internship

Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate with the HR Manager to identify staffing needs
2. Determine selection criteria
3. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and
4. professional networks)
5. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments
6. and in-person interviews
7. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our
8. Applicant Tracking System
9. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's
10. requirements
11. Lead employer branding initiatives
12. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
13. Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
14. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

4. are from Chennai and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Should be familiar with social media, resume databases, and professional networks

2. (eg., stack overflow and Github)

3. Should have hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview

4. techniques and evaluation methods

5. Should have knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)

6. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills

7. Should have a keen understanding of the differences between various roles within

8. organizations

9. Should have a degree of B.Sc. in human resources management or relevant field

10. Should have good communication (Hindi & English) skills
